    What's New

    You can now submit support tickets and share feedback directly from within Brand Kit OS without leaving the app.

    Support Tickets

    Access the support ticket form from the sidebar to report issues or ask questions.

    Ticket Types

    • Bug Report - Something isn't working as expected
    • Feature Request - Suggest new functionality
    • Account Issue - Problems with your account
    • Billing Question - Questions about subscriptions
    • Technical Help - Need assistance with setup or usage
    • Other - Anything else

    Features

    • Associate tickets with a specific Brand Kit for context
    • Upload screenshots to help illustrate issues
    • All tickets are tracked and linked to your account
