    Export Brand Context to Claude

    Export your brand kit as a structured file that Claude can use as a Project file or Skill file. This gives Claude persistent access to your brand context without needing a live MCP connection.

    Live Access vs Static Export

    Before exporting, consider whether you need a static file or live access:

    Tip: If you want Claude to always have your latest brand context, use the Remote Connector or Cowork Plugin instead of exporting.

    Export Formats

    Claude Project File

    A comprehensive markdown file designed to be uploaded as a Claude Project knowledge file. Includes all brand kit sections in a structured format.

    Claude Skill File

    A condensed file optimized for use as a Claude Skill. Contains the essential brand context in a more compact format.

    How to Export

    1. Open your brand kit in Brand Kit OS
    2. Go to the Export tab
    3. Select your export format (Project File or Skill File)
    4. Choose which sections to include
    5. Click Export — the file downloads to your computer

    Using the Export in Claude

    As a Project File

    1. Open claude.ai and create a new Project
    2. Go to Project Knowledge → Upload Files
    3. Upload the exported .md file
    4. All conversations in that project will have access to your brand context

    As a Skill File

    1. Open Claude Desktop
    2. Go to Settings → Skills
    3. Import the exported skill file
    4. The skill will be available across all conversations

    • Personality — Values, principles, traits, moods
    • Expression — Tone of voice, verbal style, terminology
    • Audience — Target personas with demographics and motivations
    • Governance — Writing rules, behavioral constraints, compliance
    • Products — Product/service details, pricing, USPs
    • Personas — AI persona definitions with roles and rules
    • Visual Identity — Colors, fonts, logos
    • SEO — Keywords and tags
