    Use the Prompt Builder

The Prompt Builder is an export option that generates AI-powered content using structured templates. Unlike the ChatGPT or Claude exports which produce instruction files, the Prompt Builder creates finished content directly.

    How It Works

    Step 1: Select a Template

Browse available prompt templates organized by content type (e.g., Social Media, Blog, Email). Each template card shows:

    • Template name and description
    • Content type badge
    • Input count — hover over this badge to see a list of all input variables the template requires

The input hover card is role-aware:

    • Admins see a link to manage template inputs in Settings → Templates
    • Team members see a note that input options are managed by the project admin

    Step 2: Fill in Variables

After selecting a template, fill in the required input variables. These might include:

    • Target audience or persona
    • Topic or subject matter
    • Tone preferences
    • Platform-specific requirements
    • Custom instructions

Variables marked as required must be filled before generating content.

    Step 3: Review & Generate

Review your template selection and variable inputs, then generate the content. The Prompt Builder uses AI to produce brand-aligned content based on your brand kit data and the template's structure.

    Step 4: Download or Copy

    Once generated, you can:

    • Copy the content to your clipboard
    • Download as a text file
    • View the full output in a formatted preview

    Admin: Managing Templates

Admins can customize prompt templates from Settings → Templates:

    1. View all templates grouped by content type
    2. Edit variable labels, types, and required status
    3. Add or remove variables from templates
    4. Changes apply project-wide for all team members

    Tips

    • Check completeness — Templates work best when your brand kit sections are well-populated
    • Hover before selecting — Use the input hover card to understand what a template needs
    • Iterate — Generate multiple versions with different variable inputs to find the best result
