Inviting Team Members
Collaborate with your team by inviting members with different permission levels to your brand kits.
Accessing Team Sharing
There are two ways to share a brand kit:
- From the Header: Click the Share button in the top navigation when viewing a brand kit
- From Settings: Go to Settings → Team & Access and click Share on any brand kit you own
Collaboration Limits by Plan
Each subscription plan has specific limits on team members:
| Plan | Admins | Editors | Viewers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Base | 0 | 1 | 10 |
| Premium | 2 | 5 | 25 |
Free plan users cannot invite team members. Upgrade to Base or Premium to enable collaboration.
Role Permissions
| Capability | Owner | Admin | Editor | Viewer |

| Manage team members | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |

Feature Inheritance
When you invite someone to your brand kit, they inherit your subscription features—not their own. This means:
- A Free plan user invited to a Base plan brand kit sees Base features
- All collaborators work with the same capabilities as the owner
- No confusion about what features are available
Generating Invitation Links
- Click Share on your brand kit
- Select a role from the dropdown (Viewer, Editor, or Admin)
- Click Generate Link
- Copy and share the link with your team member
Links expire in 7 days. You can revoke pending invitations at any time.
Viewing Your Memberships
Go to Settings → Team & Access to see:
- Your platform role (Author/Admin)
- All brand kits you own
- All brand kits you've been invited to
- Your specific role in each brand kit
